IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: sales@thetrendhub.com
We will send you information on the process and an address to send your return. If your return complies please send with order number and/or name and reason for return or exchange.
We will communicate with you directly from start to finish via email one on one to facilitate returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.
RETURNS
Because our commitment is your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30 day guaranteed return policy. After the 30 days, we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved, we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we offer refunds only on returned product. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note clothing will only qualify for a full refund if unworn, clean and in the original packaging. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us directly at sales@thetrendhub.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
